I've been gathering CPs today, but the links to vote for SWC on various websites have disappeared. Is this a glitch or will they come back tomorrow?

They will return after 24 hours, when you are able to click them again. They are automatically hidden each time you click, since they only acquire you CPs once every 24 hours.
