Is there anywhere or anybody to report banners with broken links or links to sites that have been shut down?

I've lost count of seeing a banner that I thought would lead to something I wanted, only to have it lead to a blank page or 'address not found' notifications.

Thought it may help whoever is in charge of it as, too.
