i cant get my password and i gave you my exact e-mail, i sent in a support ticket with my e-mail... and you didn't send me the ticket status code... i tried to make a new account with a new e-mail, and it said that i have a multi account so i really dont know what to do...

Have you tried all the steps listed in the pinned thread titled "Problem: I haven't received my password!" in this forum?

Please post the results of following the procedures outlined in that thread so that your problem can be addressed more specifically.

In your support ticket, did you include the character handle you chose, then email you used, and the one you want to use?
