I'm not sure if this is the place for this question, but I'm looking for the average income for training academies, hospitals, and temples. Is it higher than high rises?

You'll have to get those numbers from IC channels.

Alissma, for example, has a FAQ page that includes information about expected income from religious facilities. Other traders, or factions, might keep similar records, or at least be able to look and tell you.
