Archives » Question about being a passenger in a ship
Is there a way to find out the coordinates where you are if you don't command or pilot a ship?

There should be an option to contact the owner of the ship you are in. If he doesn't reply - good luck ;)

I've waited a very long time and no reply.

Another way of finding out requires you to be either carrying an item or an item you own/is assigned to you is on the same vessel as you are. If you can comply to either of those requirements, you can access your items inventory, proceed to appropriate page( [Manage Owned Items]/[Manage Assigned Items] ), select the item and select "Show on Galactic Map" option from the drop-down menu. This should give you an idea of the system you're currently located in.

There is currently no contact owner button in the position interface. You can ask an ASim to tell you who the owner is so you can contact them.

Do you have any idea where you were headed? How long have you been stuck? Do you know who IS the pilot? If you're nearby, I might be able to come pick you up and give you a ride somewhere if it's close.
