Maybe I'm not calculating my specs correctly, but my facilities haven't any income for quite some time now. Even the ones that are powered and have an operator managing them, don't heard anything per month. Am I doing something wrong?

Are they open to all? Is the operator active? Is the manage active? You are assigned as manager of your facilities correct? Or, if they are faction income facilities, are they assigned to the correct faction and a deal arranged with them for your income?
