Is there an NPC shop that sells Crafting Kits somewhere within the Skone system? If so, which planet is it on?

You will have to talk to a player about getting a crafting kit. NPC shops only sell: Kinfe, Staff, Workers Overall, Engineers Vest, Belt, Small Backpack. And they will be on each Homeworld, and no-where else.
