Vasar Xanthe	I see that satellites are listed differently from stations. And that satellites are built somewhere else then placed in a system. Do you have to have priv's in the system in order to place them? ____________

Jevon Lambright	Satellites act like fighters, in that you tractor them in and out of ships, and that they can be placed anywhere a fighter can go. No privs needed to place them or move them. ____________
