::Forum - No skill points at level 16?

Year 12 Day 52 18:10	No skill points at level 16?
River Trueshot	I just leveled to 16 and didn't get a skill point, is this normal? I thought from reading the rules that you get one every level. I'm just wondering if this is a bug, or I'm just old and can't learn anything new, hehe.
