Hi,

I've just scanned around my location and located multiple vehicles owned by NPC's for rent, but I cannot find the NPC who rents them out.

I have gone through them all, but a few have no script and the others are just general tutorial NPCs. If anyone could help me out in tracking down this NPC, please let me know.
