Your domain is not blocked by ether my Microsoft office, nor my Earthlink account.
I've contacted them to help fix why I can not receive e-mail from you. They want to know if you receive a bounce back from the sent confirmation e-mail.
uh, actually I did mention that I do check it in the first post, and I do continue to check it regularly. Is there an e-mail I can send to that you can use to reply with, to at least see if that works?
This is the error mail I received when replying to your email:

I have followed the instructions at the link and sent an email to unblock our IP.
