Equipping of Items with customized Images

Will items - with a customized image - keep the customized image once they’ll have been equipped/unequipped? Well I’m aware this could easily be tested however I don’t want to spent lots of CPs only to discuss the issue afterwards.

The question came up since items will lose the customized image once they’ll have been “repacked into crate” and unpacked afterwards.

Customized items keep the image unless you re-pack them into a crate.
