I just replied to an email I recieved telling me that my application was denied on the grounds that I had provided a free email adress. However, the email was not a free email adress, it was the one assigned by my ISP. The name I used to apply was Kevin Cloud, and the email was email@example.com. Metrocast is Metrocast Cablevision, a local Highspeed Internet Provider. The company's internet devision's site is: http://www.metrocastcablevision.com/internet_home.cfm
I also sent this as an email back to the techsupport email adress I recieved the denial message from.
