If someone make a scan on my entity ( ship), will it be written in the event log of this ship that it has been scanned ?

Yes. It will tell you which ship/station scanned you, and from which square.

From what ah recall, it shows up in the Cockpit Event (just in case you were looking in the General Event tab near the top of the page)

Like Tiali said, it should be listed in the event list found through the "Events" button in the cockpit controls. It will look sometihing like this;

Year 13 Day 93, 3:23 Sensors detect the BFF-1 Bulk Freighter XXX has scanned us from the coordinates (2, 10).
