I have read on the rules that it takes three months for cities to decay however I have heard many people saying it takes only one.

I would appreciate any clarification that can be offered. :)

Please be advised that in the next month we will be changing the rules regarding cities.

-Cities will take 1 hour to build, as opposed to instantly
-City decay will be changed to a 1 month countdown, instead of 3

This change is being made to bring cities into line with other combine features that all require time investments, eliminates slab bombing, and opens the door to other potential developments that Jesfa may or may not be working on at the table next to me.
