Brian Striker	Is there any way to get through a shield on a city without contacting the owner? I left some assets on a planet surface a while back and I can't get to them because of the shield. Kendall Holm	no. Check for a magistrate on the planet. If you cannot find one you pretty much have to rely on the trade community by posting in traders. Other than that you are screwed. ____________

Ellias Aubec	Usually, talking to the faction that owns the planet is a good bet - look around their website to see if they list a specific person that deals with such things, otherwise just look to see which players are listed as in the leadership positions. ____________
