All my worker NPC's have great crafting/slicing skills yet 0 in management. Previously they had management as I'd assigned the skillpoints for it very recently. Will this be fixed or is this something that's intended?
There's actually no skills that an NPC has that can benefit it to produce/construct faster. Not sure why they have that, aside from the whole "workers crafting" thing, but really it doesn't matter either way :p
I'd say it's because management is more telling people what to do, which is what PCs do, but when actually doing it, like the NPCs, it is more akin to crafting etc.
But as Jesfa said, since skills aren't used for NPCs (bar combat) it is purely RP stuff. If and when skills of NPCs become part of equations, suitable skills will be used and NPC skill sets changed to match this if needed.
