Could someone give me a link to a basic shop? One that sells basic items. Hal said that there were some floating around the server, and that someone should be able to provide a link. You know, the kind that are owned by NPCs', and sell a few ITEMS.

Ranma, in the past Khan has provided a link to all the exact locations. Not all race starting locations have them because not all race starting locations are in NPC cities. They were not placed in player/faction-owned cities unless the owner requested them to be placed there. There are also a number of new races that I suspect did not get them.

I think the list is not entirely up to date, either, since it doesn't seem to include the one on Gand (and therefore probably others, too).
