Are rented vehicles the same in terms of stats?
How do you abandon a rented vehicle so that cannot use it anymore?

The same as what in terms of stats? If you rent a specific speeder, it has the standard stats of that kind of speeder, if that's what you mean.

Your vehicle disappears once you leave the planet, so you have use of it until then.
