Is it possible to add more NPC builders to a construction after the job has started (without having to abandon the job and re-start it)?

It just sucks to have to do it.
Arrest all the npcs assigned to it, then release, then bring the released + new npcs, and click "CONTINUE CONSTRUCTION" under the actions button when the new party is next to constructing facil.
