The transaction archives from before the server switch were not loaded, which could explain this.

ah. Yup, that'd explain it.

If you absolutely need it, it is recoverable, but I figured that this time was as good as any to archive the archives away and let them become a manageable size again.

It's handy for the occasional request like this when it comes up. Weren't we going to try partitioning (or whatever it was) on them to see if it practical for people to use them via the game interface again?
