According to "Rules, A/E" : "Any character can choose a general default reaction, but also set a reaction to inner faction arrest and for every potential faction that may arrest him or her".
I have tried setting my IC response to an arrest attempt by "Listed public factions" to something other than "Default", but the settings remain set to "Default". I wonder what I am doing wrong.

P.S. I notice that not all factions are listed either.

Only factions that can use OOF A/E are listed. As for changing faction-specific responses, I get an error when I try--something for the bugbase, I reckon.
