It says error every time

Make sure you fill al the requiremenst. Calculate the skill points carefully. If it doesn't works choose one of the quick made characters.

How far does it let you get? Most people get tripped up on the skill allotment, if that's so, make sure that all of the options are Green before clicking on to the next section. Also notice the priority of skillsets, since it's sometimes confusing for people :)
