I am trying to make my character, but it won't work, it keeps going to the main screen and saying that "the operation timed out. Please try to login again". Can you help?

I did those steps, and its still bloody shutting me out. I think the farthest step in making a character is step three. Is there anything else I can try?

If you can take a screenshot of the error you are getting, or c/p it or something similar it may help. Did you try signing up on a different computer?

Are you really sure you tried step 4? This part usually solves the problem for 99.9% of the users with that problem.

Please also make sure you apply the first steps to your alternate browser, and make sure that it's up to date.

Otherwise, the error message you are receiving will help.
