As the title suggests I want a new avatar, prefferably a silver/blue mandolorian bounty hunter suit avatar, where can I find one, and if I cant, where would I go to request one?

Google image search. You can also poke around the artwork section of the Classifieds in case you have the credits to pay someone to make you an avatar. Most people just make their own, though, and upload it to an image host. The Combine only offers the default forum avatars for each race, so anything additional you want, you'll need to work out yourself, just like with any forum.
