Handle is Slavian Kain if that matters

Everytime I try to log in(Firefox or IE) it will refresh and say at the bottom "seesion expired... log in again" or something. Sometimes I can log in and it will give me that message when i get to creating my character or somewhere in between. Is there anyway to get around this, i would really like to play the game.
