I hired a shuttle npc but it won t let me leave the planet.If someone would help me id appreciate it.

Did you hire a service to take you to your ship in orbit, when you do not own a ship? You should have hired a "Transport Off Planet NPC"

Well i did but it still wont work.

Actually I miss-spoke, sorry, hireing a tutorial NPC for free will not do you any good. You need to find the NPC spaceport on your planet if one exists and talk to the NPC there who will provide you transportation off world for a price. If none exist, you need to make other arrangements, eith from your new employeer or someone else privately.
