If bail is required to affect the release of an accused entity, then shouldn’t it have to be posted to a trusted middle to be held until that entity is proven innocent or guilty?

This is not a database or game feature question, it is purely an IC issue between players and factions in this case. So the admins probably will not even worry about this.

That said, in this case I'd expect the bail to be paid to a government, so it's doubtful a middle would be necessary. And would the CSA even accept a bond in this case?
