I am starting to think that this is related to the ` in the handle since in the rules it says it is suppiosed to only take blanks - and ', yet that would be weird, because the account is fully approved. Or it could be a bug in the login screen, a wrongly placed variable of sorts...

But i had enough of this, if it won't work regardless of what i do, regardless of where i run this, regardless of how much i look for the problem, then the problem is non-existant. I don't feel like going on with this.

I will only try for a few more days, if there is no solution i have one of my own: not playing at all.

There are several ones, namely `, ', ´ (only the first two are accessible from a standard keyboard with US layout). Only the one you had in your handle will work (I think it's the `, since ' would screw up too much of the programming).

I tried all three just to make sure. The one on my handle is the `, but that's what i have been trying to use from the start, so it's not misstyping.

It's fate, i am telling you. Or maybe it's just extremely bad luck.

Ok, now i am completely calm. I have decided to simply hang out (like i have been doing until now) around the combine instead of trying to play since my account won't work regardless of what i do.

hmm, I do believe 've found the problem. You have no entry in the characters table. I've added that and now it lets me login as you. I've changed your password back to what it was when I mailed it to you the other day.
