The first time I tryed to join I got a e-mail back saying that my name wasn't good enough and to go back and change it. I went back to change it and I got a new e-mail saying that I had a account already with my IP address and that it didnt know which handle to choose. What do I do?

What was the specific message you got? If it was about multiple attempts with the same IP, you should be good to submit another app. If it was about violating the multi rules, you might already have an accepted account, or someone with your IP does.
