I read that only certain facilities could hold RM's. Can RM's be stored within a vehicle? And if so, which ones? I know that most of them won't hold much, but I didn't see anything in the rules stating that vehicles could not hold RM's. Vehicles can be set to carry a load limit, but why if they can't hold RM's?
