I have not signed in in a long time and I was wondering if I was banned or anything? I don't think I did the multi acount thing. I put in my e-mail (tanya@pei.sympatico.ca) to retrieve my lost password but it says invalid e-mail. My game handle was "Zib Harlex" and I think I was associated with a faction in the kathol sector. Can I retrieve this character or can I make a new one?

No, you will have to create a new handle. But maybe that wasn't the right e-mail you used though? Have you had the account for over 9 months? Oh btw I am not admin, so they will have to post here.

If you are certain about the handle and e-mail address you used, then the original account no longer exists. I see that you have a new account now so that should all be solved for you now. Welcome back.
