1. Have a little patience
2. Try reading the Rules concerning handles
3. Make sure you aren't applying more than once.

If you have done all of that, and you still get rejected, then post the EXACT reason you get in the e-mail here, and someone can take a look at it.

i am also having the [same problem] as well i have even gone as far as to email the swctechstaff of the website now and have [tryed everythink] that i can think of please i am begging for your help as i have run out of idea's please please please help me my name is daniel and my [new email] is daniel_perry1988@hotmail.co.uk

Can't help you without further information. Please open your own thread and tell us what handle you tried to use and what the rejection mail said. Make sure you actually visited the Character Creation rules so your handle is not against the rules.
