Who do I talk to about CPs I should have gotten from surveys, offers, etc.

Not all surveys, offers etc will give you CPs, though all of them will give you nice amount of spam ;)

You need to talk to Veynom. If it's from the CPALead, though, you need to read the disclaimer and shrug it off. If SWC gets credit, you get credit. If SWC doesn't, then you don't.
