Hey I was wondering what the skill 1-5 6-10 or w/e thing is about I took a look here and their and it seems like a rp board game ish thingy.

Can anyone explain that a little more and how I can get involved in it?

They were skill based scenarios that have long since been discontinued.

Why not start them up again? They seem quite interesting

Any skill-based RP such as that is incredibly time consuming - both for the players and for the one running it. Furthermore, any individual running one must be both competant, and trusted not to abuse the OOC knowledge (e.g. Skill values) gained. The last attempt failed because the one running it no longer had the time. This is likely to be a common issue.
