This bug where Imperium wasn't made leader has me wondering... What was the order of things? Can we see logs of the CSA event? Did max die first or was I kicked first?

Orphaea said everyone were kicked out of the faction before Max was sunned, 14 minutes was the gap if I remember correctly. Thus, you were kicked first and Max died after.

When Vey was examining the bug and then manually appointed me leader, part of the process was checking through events and members to make sure that it would in fact have been me had the script run immediately. Obviously, had I kicked Midge after the event, this would have been noticed and he would have become leader, not me.
