Are Lightsaber real/implemented yet?

I have never heard that people own Lightsabers yet, just asking.

No they are not. No one can build them yet.

That probably also shouldn't be in there. There are separate lightsaber skills on the Force Powers chart. They are unlikely to use NPW.

Lightsaber Attack

From the description of Lightsaber Attack in that link, it seems your base ability to use a lightsaber is a combination of your NPW + Lightsaber Attack Skill Level (I assume this is a passive benefit). If you activate your lightsaber attack skill, you get an addition (LSA/2)% to your hit chance.

Is this outdated as well?

It's just not implemented, and those rules will be rewritten before lightsabers exist anyhow.
