I'm in Arkanian Trade Syndicate which is in the Bpfassh system on the planet of Angamenien.

But I am a Corruscanti and in the starting location list doesn't has any spot on Bpfassh.

Only on Corruscant can select but they are in enemy territory...

Have the faction make sure the HQ is assigned to them. I believe that's the usual problem in these instances.
