I keep on getting this message when I try to produce Items

Gooday sir,
We've been speaking to our operator and have discovered that they don't have sufficient authority in the company managing us to control production operations here.

I was just wondering if anyone can help me out with this.

is level 4 privileges enough?

You need Can Produce in Facilities priv, whats level 4?

unfortunately I do have that privilege, so I guess it must be a bug

I assume the manager of the facility in question is an item producer faction, right?
