I recieved an email stating

Any ideas?

There's no one in my house whose played before and i've never played.

Any help would be great!

Possibly your ISP uses the same IP address for multiple accounts which could cause this. Or, one of your friends came over and logged in to their account. Or someone else in the past has logged in using your net connection.

So is it still possible to get an account then?

Looks like you share an IP with a lot of others who use the same internet service provider. It shouldn't have been declined under those situations but mistakes happen. Try signing up again; hopefully you'll have better luck!

I got the same thing and I'm the only one on this IP address.
