Even got the surname approved for someone who wants to be Chiss with my Surname. Yet...the account was rejected even though we made sure our names were on the thingy for when we register and sent emails to Multi-accounts. then we got an email back saying the IP was already being used or something...yeah we knew that already...therefore the emails.

Have them try it again. Someone might have slipped and missed the multi-field. Mistakes happen, and the join team is only human.
