Now that i have joinede a faction (The Talost Nightwatch) how do i start traing and actually become prt of the faction

You talk to the faction. If they didn't send you an automated join message, you probably want to send a message to the faction leader (or recruiter) asking for further instructions. You might also want to see if they have forums with their website, and register there.
