It's the 7x7 facility with 8 sensors. There's no affiliation on the rules page, and no faction types get the datacard. What purpose do they serve?
It seems kinda strange that the rules say there's a starting room in them, since new players now start outside, and that you can hire tutorial NPCs from them.
I want to build one, but it seems that may not be possible. Can somebody clarify this?
