I'm trying to register to play Combine but I've had an email rejecting my handle Spike Thmid

This is a name I always use on fantasy games and I've had no problems in the past

Can anyone advise on why it might not be acceptable here?

Would it be the Spike or the Thmid part? Although Spike is a recognised name - Spike Milligan, Spike Lee etc
