Hello, I have been told that my account is deleted(9 months inactive, level 1) yet I try to make a new account with the same email and it registers as used. I have filed a support ticket and have not yet heard anything. Can anyone help?

email yes, handle I THOUGHT I remembered yet I cannot login. The password recovery emails leave the handle as blank.

Now that I think about it, I would simply like the email I used cleared of any and all characters and accounts so I can start anew. I have filed a support ticket already, is there anywhere else I should send that email to?
