Is there an area to view your characters stats. in real time when wearing/swapping different armors/helmets and like cybornetics devices or additional gear? Or is it only possible to calculate their effect on paper..

There is not currently a way to see your total armour value, though it has been suggested and will hopefully be implemented at some point.

The cybernetic bonus amounts should be displaying normally along with your character stats, in theory.. if it isn't, I'd suggest posting a bug report, since this is something that needs to be viewable.
