Rules say you can have one thread open. But what if you have one from before that you edited to close or delete. Does this mean you can open a new one? Any help would be greatly appreciated as I do not want to violate the rules as some have. I have edited one to have closed but does that mean I can not open another one until it does close?

I am pretty sure Syn will kill it when he sees it. And I dont see why not if you are truly done with the other
