When I create my character I get to the last page and it wont let me continue. It says I need to confirm my character but there is no confirm button. What do I do?

And if they have approved your name, where you a drop/killed character before? Cause if so check your wait time. You can get your name approved and create your character but, it you won't be able to confirm it until your 21 days are up. If you are a new creation, then I have no clue.
