Recently, I found that it was much easier to collect NPCs in cities my peers had built than in those cities I had. All of their builders went to (0,0) when they were done working.

For some reason, mine do not. They just stay at every construction site. It really becomes time-consuming and irritating to pick them up.

Does anyone know what might be going on?

Yeah you have NPC gather turned off in you character settings
