Does anyone know if cities decay automatically after recycling all facilities in them?

Or would I have to have the city recycled as well?

If you recycle everything in a city it SHOULD start the normal 3month decay timer.

It DID, last some i saw it. Think that recycling cities was some suggestion.

You can recycle cities if you wish unless they removed that.
